These terms govern your use of Logral, a habit tracker and public habit journal. By creating an account or using Logral, you agree to these terms.

Your account

Keep your password secure and use an account you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.

Your public journal

Your username, profile timezone, and habits you mark public—including their check-in history—can be viewed without signing in. Habits you mark private are limited to your dashboard. Only share information you are comfortable making public, and do not post private information about other people.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You give Logral permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service, including your public profile.

Acceptable use

Do not use Logral for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, spam, or content that infringes someone else’s rights. Do not try to access other accounts, bypass security measures, or disrupt the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains the information Logral processes, why it is used, and how to contact us about your data.

Subscriptions and billing

Logral Plus is an optional recurring subscription. The price and billing interval shown at checkout apply until you cancel or the subscription changes. Polar processes payments and provides the customer portal where you can manage or cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect according to the date shown in that portal and does not remove your free Logral account.

Applicable taxes may be added or included by Polar based on your location. Refund requests are handled subject to applicable consumer law and the terms shown at checkout. Contact us if you believe a charge was made in error.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features. We aim to keep Logral useful and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that stored content will never be lost. Keep a separate copy of information that matters to you.

Ending your use

You can stop using Logral at any time. To request account and data deletion, email hello@arthantyo.com. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect the service or its users, or comply with law.

Responsibility

Logral is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service changes. We will post the revised terms here and update the date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the service before they take effect.
